Frequently asked questions
- Is TimezoneSearch free to use?
- Yes. The time zone converter and meeting planner are free, with no account and no usage limits.
- Do you upload or store my data?
- Your city selections, theme, and language preference stay in your browser's local storage. See the Privacy Policy for what limited data does leave your browser (analytics and the third-party weather/holiday/geocoding requests).
- Can you add a city that's missing?
- Email us the city name, country, and IANA time zone if you know it (for example
Europe/Warsaw), and we'll consider it for the next update. - A time or daylight saving date looks wrong — what do I do?
- Email us the city, the date, and what your browser and this tool each show. Time zone data comes from your browser's built-in IANA database, so this helps us tell whether it's a display bug or an upstream data issue.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- There's no guaranteed response time, but we aim to reply within a few days.
